Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between users ("User" or "you") of the joya9apk platform and all its services and joya9apk. If any person opens an account by providing a false age, the account will be immediately closed and any funds held in that account will be forfeited.

- Each user may hold only one account. If the same person has multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed.
- If you have previously been banned from joya9apk, opening a new account is prohibited.

Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process

The bonus applies to the first deposit only. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is claimed.

- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on your gaming activity. joya9apk reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.
Gameplay and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
